b. Contact the Course Creator: If you are dissatisfied with a course you purchased on Skillemy and would like a refund, you must contact the Institute directly to request a refund. You can typically find contact information for the course creator on the course page.
c. Refund Policies: Each Institute may have their own refund policy, which should be clearly stated on the course page or in their terms of service. It is your responsibility to review the Institute’s refund policy before making a purchase.
2. Skillemy’s Role
a. Non-Involvement: Skillemy does not process or handle refunds for course purchases. We are not responsible for refunding any course fees and do not have control over the refund process.
b. No Guarantee: Skillemy does not guarantee refunds for any course purchases. Refund eligibility and the refund process are determined solely by the Institute.
